This page is created to help people deal with their mental disorders. Finding a penpal who has the same disorder, interest, etc... that you would like to be friends with. As I've said before, talking to people with the same disorders as you can be very good thearpy. The penpal page is set up to help people with their illnesses. Let me remind everyone that whatever you talk to your penpal about is confidential. Talking to someone else that understands often helps a depressed person feel like they are no longer alone.

I found a nice site called Get a CoolBoard
which allows you access to hundreds of discussion groups on a variety of topics. Registration is free. My site is in the process of joining several to place on this page. I will put the link on the page as soon as I receive the coding from CoolBoard so look for it soon!
