Here is where I'll be keeping track of my weight loss progress.  I weigh myself at the start of every week at the gym.  Right now I am doing a little bit of strength training with weights and some cardio on the treadmill.  I also plan to start raquetball with Roman soon.

Let's hope this is enough to get my body back on track, and down to my goal weight! 

Update 6-2005
With my husband TDY in the desert, I am hoping to surprise him with some weight loss!  I haven't even told him of my plans.

I hit 195 today!  I know it's been a little slow going, but I think I can get another 15 pounds off in the next 6 weeks.  Fingers crossed!

OK so I haven't gotten nearly as many pounds off as I'd like...   I still have 4 more weeks till Jas gets home.  I'd be happy with 12 more lbs. off, something quite noticeable.

Well I was still about 195 when hubby came home and with the holidays around the corner, lets see if I can keep off what Ive lost.  That in itself will be a goal, with the first of the year a time to work on those next 10 lbs.

OK...I managed to stay around the 195-197 range.  Seems that whenever I hit a new top weigh it sticks.  Only problem is it seems to only be about 10 lbs at a time.  That plateau you hit in a diet sucks and makes ya wanna give up.  Needless to say Hubby went away again and I've had 4 weeks to try to get those lbs off again!  My first week was a huge success with me seeing the 180's, which I haven't in probably 10 years.  Gotten as low as 183 but seem to be leveling around 187....  Time to hit the gym more than twice a week or whenever I "feel" like it.  Goal weight still the same and new pic put in center for my current weight!

Well it seems drinking Slim fast for breakfast and a Lean Cuisine Meal for dinner is doing the trick!  Down to 175 already!!
