Routes 91-101
U.S. 91 runs from Idaho Falls, ID to Brigham City, UT; it originally extended to Shelby, MT, and also to Redondo Beach, CA.  The majority of this route was replaced by Interstate 15.

U.S. 92 connects Daytona Beach to St. Petersburg, FL.

U.S. 93 goes from Lincoln County, MT to Wickenburg, AZ.  Part of its path, along with US 60, has been included for a new Phoenix-to-Las Vegas Interstate, which could become either I-11 or I-13.

U.S. 94 was a former designation for what is now US 41 between Miami and Naples, FL.

U.S. 95 runs from Boundary County, ID to San Luis, AZ.

U.S. 96 connects Tenaha to Port Arthur, TX.  In Port Arthur, it is multiplexed with US 69 and US 287.

U.S. 97 runs from Weed, CA to the Washington-Canadian border.  The designation was originally intended for the Alaska part of the Alaska Highway, and signs were even made to reflect this.

U.S. 98 connects Palm Beach, FL to Washington, MS.

U.S. 99 was a former designation for what are now similarly-numbered state routes in California, Oregon and Washington.  Its nicknames included the Golden State Highway and the Main Street of California.  US 99 ran from Blaine, WA to Calexico, CA. This is probably the second-most famous road from a bygone era, next to Route 66.  Interstate 5 has taken over the majority of US 99.

U.S. 101 links Olympia, WA to Los Angeles, CA; originally, the highway extended to San Diego, CA.  It is known as the Pacific Highway.
