U.S. 301 Extension
If you rearrange the digits of U.S. 130, you'll get this new idea of a U.S. 301 extension. From Glasgow, DE, U.S. 301 would follow U.S. 40 to I-295 south of Wilmington, cross the Delaware Memorial Bridge into New Jersey, and then take over U.S. 130 from Deepwater to New Brunswick.  In addition to providing a second toll-free alternate route to the New Jersey Turnpike (along with I-295), this route also allows U.S. 1 traffic to avoid Philadelphia.  And most importantly, it would connect to U.S. 1 on its northern end.
