| US 358 starts in Bristol, VA at an intersection with US 11/US 19/US 58. From there, it would replace US 11W through Kingsport and on to Knoxville, TN (with US 11E becoming just US 11). After multiplexes with US 11 and US 70, it would then break off US 70 at Sparta, TN, where it would take over existing US 70S (the US 70S designation could then be applied to current US 70 between Crossville and Lebanon, where US 70N branches off). US 358 would go through the towns of McMinnville and Murfreesboro, forming a southern bypass of Nashville. Then it would replace TN 96 from Murfreesboro to Dickson, and terminate at US 70. |
