U.S. 38
	US 38 is a new highway linking Cleveland, OH to Uniontown, PA.  It replaces OH 14 east of 71st Street (the rest of OH 14 into downtown Cleveland would become US 21), and also the whole PA 51 corridor.  In addition, this would make an attractive federal route between Pittsburgh and Cleveland.
