2006 - Nintendo Revolution
The Nintendo Revolutions idea came about when the world recived notice about the Playstation 3 and the Xenon systems. Satoru Itawa (President of Nintendo Corp. USA) announced that the system will have a demo version at E3 of 2005 and the actual release date of the Nintendo Revolution (im not sure if it is just the "Revolution" it is too early to tell) will be sometime during 2006, but the new system brings in new competition of the next generation consels. Well anyway you need to realize the fact of the compition of the early release of the Xenon system. Contrary to popular belief the revolution will release before the Playstation 3 due to the unhablity of the Gamecube being released before Playstation 2 is the lack of the Gamecube not doing as well as Nintendo hoped for. A new feature that is devlepoment is the Revolution's ability to be hooked-up to either a television or a computer monitor. As for some of the other features of the new Revolution? Well as Satoru Itawa said "the Nintendo DS has shown the world what Nintendo can conjure up. The name Revolution is supposed to tell people that the new console will revolutionize the gaming undustry as the Nintendo DS did with the Dual Screens. Well all we can do now is to wait a while for the next-generation of the consoles to be released in late 2005 and 2006.
