7 DAY DIET COURSE
General Instruction
Check your doctor if you are fit to
follow this diet
Check your weight and record it on the first day
DRINK MINMUM 10 GLASSES OF WATER EVERY DAY
You may drink Black Tea or coffee without Milk and little sugar.
Do not take oil and coconut in any form in your diet
Do not drink fruit juice
Follow the diet each day as specified below.
DAY 1
EAT ONLY FRESH FUITS. APPLE, PINEAPPLE,
ORANGE, WATERMELONS. EAT AS YOU WISH AND WHENEVER YOU ARE HUNGRY.
DRINK 10 OR MORE GLASSES OF WATER. NO BANANAS.
DAY 2
EAT ONLY FRESH OR BOILED VEGETABLES. ADD SALT TO TASTE IF REQUIRED. EAT AS YOU WISH AND WHENEVER YOU ARE HUNGRY. DRINK 10 OR MORE GLASSES OF WATER. DO NOT ADD OIL OR COCONUTS.
DAY 3
EAT ONLY FRUITS AND VEGETABLES.
EAT AS YOU WISH AND WHENEVER YOU ARE HUNGRY. DRINK 10 OR MORE
GLASSES OF WATER. NO BANANAS AND POTATOES.
DAY 4
EAT 7 BANANAS AND DRINK 3 GLASSES OF MILK. DRINK ONE CUP OF VEGETABLE JUICE. DRINK 10 OR MORE GLASSES OF WATER.
DAY 5
EAT ONE CUP OF RICE, 6 BIG TOMATOES AND 12 GLASSES OF WATER.
DAY 6
EAT 2 CUPS OF RICE, BOILED FRESH VEGATABLES. NO LIMIT ON VEGETABLES.
DAY 7
EAT 1-CUP RICE, VEGETABLES AND FRUITS JUICES.
DAY 8
CHECK YOUR WEIGHT AND RESUME NORMAL EATING HABITS.
