| GEOMETRY | SW Review shapes, squares, diamonds, triangles, etc. Students will use the geometric shapes to create designs on sombreros /ponchos/serapes. |
| GRAPHING | SW Use the internet to check the weather in Mexico City and in Phoenix, AZ. They will create a bar graph showing 5 days. When completed, the students will compare and figure which place had the highest temperature and which place was the coolest temperature. |
| PATTERNING | SW Use the colors of the flag of Mexico to create patterns. |
| COUNTING | SW Learn to count to ten in Espanol. |
| SUBTRACTION | SW Play a game. The class will count the students who are left in the game each time to reinforce subtraction. |
