With Your Crooked Heart is a very loose series of stories about Giles and Ethan, beginning at the time of the episode "A New Man." The stories vary in form, and they recount episodes in the characters' lives rather than a continuous story; hence the term "loose series." The overall arc is complete, but it's possible that I'll be adding more interstitial stories. It's easiest to read them in the order they're listed, but hey, feel free to experiment if you like. Most of them can stand alone as separate stories, though for a couple (especially "Addiction") you need to know what happens in the previous ones. A note on spelling: I've used American spelling for third-person stories, but British spelling for first-person ones, where American spelling would be inappropriate. The series title, incidentally, comes from a lovely, sad poem by W. H. Auden called "As I Walked Out One Evening."
