Wrong Turn Review
I came across this article. Read below:

“…should satisfy all gore fans…”
Shane A. Bassett
Taken from:FILMINK

When a group of twenty somethings find themselves stuck in the woods, you can almost hear the dueling banjos in the background. When they decide to enter a decrepit house to look for help, they first spot a jar of teeth on the mantle piece and then notice some home mincing machines in the kitchen…then things get nasty. The three chuckling cannibalistic home owners soon arrive with a fresh kill, and the city-slickers run for their collective lives. The horror film bar isn't really raised to a higher level in Wrong Turn, but director Rob Schmidt has lovingly used the environment as part of the mayhem including some bone crunching tree top carnage. With nods to classics of the hillbilly killer genre such as Deliverance, The Texas Chainsaw Massacre and even Friday The 13th, there are much worse slash fests out there. Eliza Dushku (from the TV series Buffy) plays the female heroine, Jessie, and cuts against the grain of most horror movie starlets by coming on with real attitude and using her brain as a defence mechanism. Plot holes are apparent throughout and the dialogue is at times as rancid as the severed ear (Blue Velvet, anyone?) found at the beginning of the film. From the loud trombones that indicate a scary scene is coming, to the token police chief not believing the situation, Wrong Turn should satisfy all gore fans, and its climate of dread has all the familiar ingredients, including the obligatory, sequel-friendly open ending.

Okay, I did promise that I'll be uploading some of my worked Eliza/Faith screen savers. And I actually did. Apparently, my server doesn't support the file porch. Hmmmm... There has to be a way, upgrade in premium service or work brightly with the free hosting? I'll figure it out soon. Hence, I'm still definite that it will be released. Yeah, positive ups.

Also, before I proceed with the real update, just have to insert my apologies to my highschool friends. Rheens, I'll make it up to you guys some other time. Please. Don't hate Veen.:(

Buffy's Bad Girl Goes All Martha Stewart and Saves the Day
by Kristin Veitch | September 3, 2003

Thanks to Dush for this update.

Taken from E!
She's been a cheerleader and a vampire slayer--and now, she sees dead people. But one thing never changes as 22-year-old Eliza Dushku morphs from role to role: This is one tough chick.

Earlier this year, the former Buffy the Vampire Slayer badass turned down the chance to headline her own Faith spinoff, choosing instead to star in Fox's spine-tingling new drama Tru Calling. She plays Tru, a med student who takes on the midnight shift at a morgue and discovers she has a sort of, um, sixth sense for helping the deceased: She can go back in time to prevent their demise.

The show has generated early buzz as (in Dushku's words) "Six Feet Under meets Run Lola Run," but she almost didn't take the role. [Read the complete article here]

Christmas Spree
Just the feel of it... It's September 1, guys!. Merry Christmas in advance!:D What do I have to say now? Well, I just boxed-in my previous updates since it's consuming the load of my main page. That would be the August files, so, if you missed any, just click the "archive" section and enjoy some readings! Okay, next, I'm currently in condition to work on some Eliza/Faith's screen savers. But seeing the free server bandwidth, the intent to put a one per month file may reduce to one per 3 month load. We'll just see about that soon. Watch out for it. =) Lastly, I haven't had the chance to put my mind on the huge research about Ms. Dushku, will do it tomorrow. =)

Hi Love!
