Hey everyone, Lenny here I'm here to talk about this old man. We know next to nothing about this mysterious person except his arrival is unbeliveable. In this pic he is reading a news paper on a bench on the boardwalk. Hes looking up into the sky because of Reggie jumping over him. The episode name I'm not to sure of but it was the one where Mr. Stempleton got Skateboarding banned from The boardwalk.
