| To apply for citizenship simply send a letter to the Office of Immigration and Naturalization which provides the following information: |

| Becoming a citizen... |
| 1. Your full name, address, ezboard login ID (if you use the board)and email address where you would like to be contacted. 2. List current citizenships in other micronations, as well as any public positions you may hold. 3. Indicate your expected activity level in terms of regular, moderate or minimal. 4. Compose an introductory essay: tell us about yourself and why you want to become a citizen. 5. If you are interested in a public position, indicate which and list any relevant experience. |
| Once you have composed this brief letter, email it to us at: kingdomofhanover@yahoo.com You will receive a response within a matter of days. Hanoverian citizenship is open to everyone. Applications may be declined if it is determined that an applicant has been convicted of serious crimes or has a known history of misbehaviour. The Kingdom of Hanover permits dual citizenships (simulations are not included). Multiple citizenships are generally frowned upon. Citizens holding dual or multiple micronational citizenships in may be denied appointments to government posts involving national security. Hanover is not a simulation or a role-playing game and paper dolls (simulated citizens/dual message board logins) are strictly prohibited on our discussion board. |

| Government If you plan to be quite active in the Kingdom, you may want to consider applying for a position in government. Committed citizens are always in demand to ensure the efficient administration of the realm. As a fledgling nation, we are currently seeking dedicated and competent individuals to hold positions in the Royal Cabinet and the Judiciary. Those with aspirations to elected office will certainly wish to run for a seat in Parliament. If the existing political parties do not appeal to you, the Constitution permits new parties to be created freely by Hanoverian subjects.
