RG VEDA Prince Ashura ... Will he destroy the world or does it hold anything he treasures? Based very loosely on Hindu mythology, RG Veda is an adventure of epic proportions. Three hundred years ago, the Holy War broke out. The present Emperor overthrew and decapitated the rightful Emperor, and threw the heavenly realm into chaos. Old clans faithful to the old emperor were massacred. New clans rose up to take their place … neutral clans were forced to serve the new liege under his reign of terror. The most powerful clan of Ashura was exterminated following the disappearance of their king, Ashura-Ou, the god of war. Three hundred years later, King Yasha (or Yasha-Ou), a decorated and rising general in the new heavenly army loses his clan overnight after he rescues the son of Ashura-ou. Swearing revenge against the Emperor, he vows to protect the child … the last of the Ashura-s at all cost. However, the prophecy is that this child, last Prince of the Ashura-s will destroy the world and Yasha-Ou! |
