Biography
Xiaoyu returned to life at the Mishima Polytechnical High School – Jin’s disappearance and the tension between Jin, Kitsune, and Hwoarang nagged at her mind. Along with those thoughts was an overall lack of personal goals, and though she was a good student, she became bored with her life.After her winter finals, Xiaoyu noticed an anonymous email – the message simply warned her of Mishima Heihachi’s intentions, and told her to be aware of the Mishima family. Convinced that the email had to have come from Kazama Jin, she wrote back with a request that he contact her. That same day, she received another distressing message, this one from Kitsune. Worried about her friend, Xiaoyu left for Korea to visit, along with her school friend Miharu. It was during this visit that Miharu came across an Internet advertisement for the King of Iron Fist Tournament 4 – although she felt a bit of apprehension, Xiaoyu entered the tournament, convinced that Kazama Jin would be there as well, and hoped to aid Kitsune in resolving the troubles she had had with her older cousin.
Upon returning to school, Xiaoyu threw herself into her studies and training, anticipating and dreading the day she would leave for the tournament.
