Colonel Zazz
	Lieutenant Colonel "Brains" Zazz, of the United Interstellar Expeditionary Force, with his signature armament of a riding crop and a datalink.  He's paid to think, not to shoot people (or whatever other forms of sentient life are hostile at the time).  Mostly I saw this guy on a sprue and just had to give him a silly hat.
