I saw something that looked kind of like this in a Flash Gordon (the newspaper comic) storyline that ran in January of 2003.  It reminded me of the white apes from Edgar Rice Burroughs' Barsoom stories.  The figure is 72mm tall by 72mm wide and sculpted out of marine epoxy.
