Add mugwort, bay leaves, valerian, and cinquefoil to a culdron of boiling water.
In a sared place free from intrusion, inhale vapors deeply, alternating with breaths of freash air, for several minutes.
Sit quietly and be aware of any visions you recive, or use a divination method such as Tarot, runes, crystal ball.
