Power Bath

Use the red color from the 7 Holy Spirit Baths in your bathwater.
This is available in candle shops and occult shoppes. (see my library room for  plaes to find items)
It will look strange to sit in cherry red water.  Light a candle, and while you soak in the tub,
impress your irrational brain with the idea that the red as a vibration is being absorbed by your skin.
YOu are being covered with its oil; you are being submerged in its power.  Red RED! 
The power of life.  Power of acation. Power of woman's blood.  Power of passion.  Power of lover.

Take a deep breath seven times.  Each time you breathe, go deeper in your mind to a healing lake
where your Inner Spirit or Wild Woman likes to spend time.  Call to her by splashing water playfully.  Allow her to 
emerge and join you in the lake.  Now imagine swimming side by side with her, refreshing yourself in her
sacred, healing lake.
Look underneath the waterline and see the other creatures that live there (NOT  IN THE RED BATHWATER 
JUST LOOK IN YOUR MIND'S LAKE) WHat kind of creatures do you notice? Fantasize!
When you feel that you have been swimming long enough, come out of the water onto a green meadow, moving in harmony with 
the energy of your bodies.

Now you can get out of your red bath and towel off.  Make body sounds, moan as you pamper yourself.  
Continue addressing and thinking about the wild side of your nature.
Bring the candle with you when you leave the bathroom and go ceremoniously into the bedroom.
