Ingredients:


1/2 cup ground or cubed cooked meat (chicken, turkey, beef, or pork) 

1/4 cup cooked vegetable pieces (peas, carrots, squash, green beans, corn) 

1/4 cup cooked rice, potato, or enriched pasta 

1/4-cup breast milk or formula 

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

Instructions:


Combine and blend or mash until few lumps remain. Some good combinations are: 
beef, peas, and potatoes; 
chicken, carrots, and rice; 
beef, squash, and macaroni; 
pork, green beans, and potatoes 
turkey, sweet potatoes, and corn.
