Cherry Chill 1 (12-oz) can frozen cherry juice 2 cups apricot nectar 1 Tbsp sugar 1/2 tsp almond extract ALmonds and cherries (garnish) Prepare the juice according to can directions. Mix the cherry juice, apricot nectar, sugar, and almond extract in a large bowl. Freeze until semi-solid. Transfer the mixture to a blender or food processor; mix until very smooth. Pour into glasses. Garnish with a whole almond and a cherry. Yeild: 6-8 servings
