Great Granola

3 cups oatmeal
1 cup flaked coconut
1/2 cup  chopped pecans
1/2 cup chopped almonds
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup margarine
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 cup rasins

Method

Mix first five ingredients together.
Melt margarine.
Add honey and sugar.
Stir until blended.
Combine remaining ingredients except rasins and spread evenly over a cookie sheet.
Bake at 275 F for 30 minutes, stirring often.
Mix rasins in last.

Eat plain, on ice cream or mix in yogurt or even better yet, eat with milk as a breakfast cereal.
