Jelly Blocks

4 envelopes of unflavored gelatine
4 cups juice (apple, pineapple, grape, raspberry, ect)
sweetener or sugar (optional)

Sprinkle gelatine over two cups of juice and let sit.
Have a big person help you heat the other two cups to boiling.
Stir hot and cold juice together until gelatine dissolves.
Sweeten to taste.
Pour into a 13"X9" pan and chill until firm.
Cut into squares and enjoy!
