Mud Baked Potatoes

mud

Make thick mud.
Take potatoes and completely cover them with mud.
Place directly on hot coals and cook for an hour or so, turnning occasionaly with a stick.
The mud will become dry and hard and the potatoes will be baked right through.
Break them open and eat.
