Passion Pottage 1/2 cup chopped lean bacon 1 cup chopped onion 1 cup crabmeat 1 pint oysters, minced, reserve juice 1 (16 oz) can minced clams, reserve juice 2 cups diced potato 3 stalks celery, chopped 2 carrots, chopped 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp pepper 2 cups milk Cook the bacon and onions in a medium sized sauce pan until the bacon is crispy. Drain off the fat. Add the crabmeat, oysters, clams, potatoes, celery, carrots, salt and pepper. Combine the clam and oyster juice; measure 1 cup, if less add water to equil one cup. Pour into the pot. Cover and simmer until the potatoes and carrots are tender. Stir in the milk; simmer 4 minutes. Yield: 5 servings
