Peanut Butter Soup
4 servings

2 Tbsp finely chopped onion
2 Tbsp butter
1 Tbsp flour
1/4 cups peanut butter
2 cups whole milk
salt and pepper
shelled peanuts

Saute onions over medium heat until transparent.
Blend in flour and peanut butter.
Stir for a minute.
Slowly add milk and heat until almost boiling.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Serve hot with a few peanuts floating on top.
