Pussy Willow Water 2 cups pussy willow (musk of willow) flowers 4 cups tepid water 1/2 cup apple juice 6 tsp sugar (approximately) Soak the flowers in the water until they become translucent and the water smells heavily of them (about 30 minutes). Strain, discard the flowers. Mix in the apple juice. Add the sugar to taste. Chill. Serve on ice. Yeild: 4 servings
