Seeds In A Shell (Tony's Kitchen)
 
1 pkg soft tortilla shels
Vegetable Oil
1/2 cup fresh peas
1/2 cup fresh corn
1/2 cup cooked pinto beand or your favorite bean
1 Tbsp sesame seeds
Pepper

Preheat oven to 375 F. 
 Lightly coat half the tortilla shells with the vegetable oil.  
Arrange on the bottom of an oven proof dish.  Bake until crisp, about 20 minutes.  
Mix together the peas, corn, beans, and seasame seeds and pepper.  
Other more traditional taco fillings can be added along with any other "seed" herbs and spices.  
Spread filling over the crisp shells.  
Coat the rest of the tortilla shells with oil and place on top.  
Bake until top shells are brown 15-20 minutes.

Yeild: 6 servings
