Light a white candle and burn a little insence and you are ready. As you sit in your pink bath water, contemplate the stimulating energy going through your body. Feel the life force replenish your bones, which are weary for too much sitting, too much gazing at the computer. Strech your whole body, and espeailly your back, by lying flat in your bath and pulling one leg, bent at the knee, toward your chest. Hold the position for a while. Then do the same with your other leg. Sink down in the tub and say: Bless me, mother, for I am your child. Relax and think back to your childhood. In the eyes of our Great Mother we are all forever young. THink about this truth and accept it as your natural status. Pour some water on your head and say: Bless my mind and purify me from all anxiety, self-doubt and fear. Think back to all the bad messages you gave yourself this week. Erase those messages as you pour the water on your head again and again. Lie back and touch your eyes. Say: Bless my eyes, to see your ways. First wash your hands, then bless your eyes by placing the fleshy part of your palms over your eyes and pressing gently. Now, relax your eyes in the darkness and say: Bless my nose, that I may smell your essence. Bless my lips to speak of you. Touch your lips. Then dip your hands into the water and look at them. Say: Bless my hands, that do your work. Now it is time to bless your breast. THis is important, so say focus and say: Bless my breast, formed in strength and beauty. Bless my genitals, that create life as you have created the Universe. Bless my feet, to walk in your path. Submerge yourself in the water again and whisper: Bless me, mother, for I am your child. You have been blessed from top to toe. Dry yourself off and powder yourself and put on a clean nightgown and go to sleep feeling proteted and secure.
