Samhain Stir-fry
 
2 Tbsp sesame oil
4-5 stalks celery, chopped
1 (8oz) can bamboo shoots, drained
1 c sliced wood ear mushrooms
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp celery seed
2 c alfalfa or bean sprouts
2 c cooked rice

Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan.  
Stir fry the celery. bamboo. mushrooms, and garlic until tender but crisp, 5-7 minutes.  
Mix in the soy sauce and celery seed.  
Add the sprouts; cook until sprouts are warm, 1-2 minutes.  
Serve over rice.

Yeild: 4 servings
