Bath of Transformation

The color for transformation and manifestation is yellow.

Find some yellow bath salts or bath oils.  
To feel revived and stimulated after your bath, try lemon verbena or lemon balm,
herbs or essences that were used by the Greeks over two-thosand years ago.
Lemon balm counterats depression and dispels melancholy.
Lemon verbena has beautiful leaves and a delectable lemony smell. 
As you sit in the bath, imagine that all misunderstandings vanish and 
that you will listne intently, speak clearly, and be understood.
