I have been drawing ever since I can remember, and my first preferred medium was oil pastel (aka cray-pas). Actually I began using oil when I was 14, when I started taking private lessons from a painter who lived near my house. Unfortunately all the paintings I've created at during that period have been lost or destroyed...or perhaps a few may pop up from somewhere--likely from my father's musty garage!
