~*~*Con Report*~*~
Just a 'little' report I decided to write on my first convention, AnimeCon UK!
Got up bright and early at 7:00am! My sis Rhian was running about like a mad thing, very excited no doubt. I was too, but I have ways of controlling my excitement...
Waited and waited for Lauren, Steph (two of Rhians friends) and their dad to pull up outside and drive us all to Liverpool *^-^*
Found the hotel no problem and decided to watch two eps of Sailor Moon S before retreating to the toilets to change into our costumes. There were more people around than I expected! So many people wearing t-shirts with Ranma and Eva on ^_^
After a 20 minute struggle in the bathroms with my hair, I finally looked like Cat Girl Nuku Nuku! Lauren and Steph made a lovely pair as Sailor Venus and Uranus and Rhian made a sooooper cute Puchiko! Then it was on to the dealers room!
There was a cool guy dressed in black armour at the door letting people in and out of the dealers room and he commented on our cossies. And got a bit of a shock when poor Steph's skirt came undone and flashed him! O_o But I lent her a hair pin and all was well again *^-^*
Did some shopping, got some cool videos, and had my picture taken about 20 times! Someone had me doing character poses in the middle of the dealer room floor! Next >>>> |
