What is an Oekaki Board?
Okay, an oekaki board is like a message baord...u can make comments....but your making comments on other peoples pictures. Thats where "oekaki" comes in. It's a Japanese word that means "doodle". It's a program that is like a mix between paint an photoshop. When you open the program you can draw! After you finish your drawing, you send it and everyone else can see it and comment on it....it's quite fun!
To draw, go to the main oekaki page....you will see the following above on that page. Then make your drawing settings. Pick the mode that you want....for your first time just go with the default setting. Ignore "password for repaint" . For "window" you can pick to have it open a new page or to just go to the program...no big deal. For "size" you can change the size of the canvas that you draw on... last all you have to do is click "Paint" to draw. Warning: the program won't work if you don't have java on your computer...if it doesn't load , you don't have it. All you need to do is download Java ....go to a search engine like yahoo and put in Java and you should be able to find a site to download it.
Okay besides that, if your picture doesn't want to send after you draw it then make sure you hit "print screen" on your keyboard and then go into paint and select paste ....that way you can save your picture....if you want me to put it on my site becuase it would't send just do that and e-mail me the picture....okay I think thats it...
If you have any more questions, or you want to know more on how to use the program, e-mail me...also I will be putting links to tutorials for the program in my links section so check there too....well good luck!
