| Rules/Regulations Specific to Scholarships and Cash Awards |

| 1. Scholarships are awarded to competitors who in the opinion of the adjudicators show most promise of true development musically. | |||||||||||||||||
| 2. Scholarships are not necessarily awarded to winners of first, second or third place. | |||||||||||||||||
| 3. All scholarships and cash awards will be awarded at the absolute discretion of the adjudicators. | |||||||||||||||||
| 4. Scholarships and cash awards will be announced at the conclusion of the Festival. | |||||||||||||||||
