| I acquired my first akita. Toronaga O'Kaminaga from Gary Prediville's Toronaga Kennels in 1990. A lovely Red and White pinto bitch she was my introduction to the world of dog showing and breeding. | 1992 Gary Prediville offered me a 1/2 share in a black & white pinto bitch. Toronaga Panda Bear. I subsequently obtained full ownership of her and campaigned her to her title in 1993. Although she wasn't my first bitch I regard her as my foundation bitch and indeed my most recent champion is her grand daughter "GIRLY" A son of hers NZ CH: Meiyosho Blackjack has been shown by Marilyn Jutson. She had several BOB and group wins on her way to her title. Though she is no longer with me, her influence continues through her progeny. NZ CH: TORONAGA PANDA BEAR - QUEENIE |

| In 1993 I acquired Linden Grange Rocky Road from Logan & Jill Linton's Linden Grange Kennels. A striking puppy, he had several BOB, group and in show wins over older dogs and gained his championship title a year later in 1994. Now retired he has gone on to a loving pet home. | Lerado Colours Of The Wind (Imp-Aust) was our latest addition to Meiyosho Akitas. Due to changed priorities I had to let her go but "Poco" was placed in a lovely home with Saskia and Malcom Hancock who are campaigning her to her title. Poco has much substance, a bear head and loves being cuddled. She is a half sister to "BUBS" Lerado Chase N'The Stars. She was lightly shown as a baby in Australia and is an in group winner. | Meiyosho BlackJack "BJ" Has done very well gaining numerous group wins BOB and in show awards over other dogs "BJ" has beautiful movement and is very sound, he is a natural in the show ring. A BIG CONGRATULATIONS to his owners Marilyn Jutson and Gary Prendiville. NZ CH: MEIYOSHO BLACKJACK - BJ |
