“Cardinal Sin died disappointed with Gloria!”-KMP

The militant Kilusang Magbubukid ng Pilipinas (KMP) is one with the Catholic faith in commemorating the passing of a tower of the Philippine Roman Catholic Church, but according to Danilo “Ka Daning” Ramos, secretary general of KMP, “we believe that Jaime Cardinal Sin may have died very disappointed with Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo with the scandals she herself and her family are involved in, before his last breath he may have had regrets in helping Gloria to assume power in 2001,”

“As his brother Dr. Ramon Sin said the Cardinal appeared agitated whenever he watched TV newscasts on the tape scandal, and he being always on the side of truth may have had an inkling that the one he helped in 2001 is being dishonest with the Filipino people,” added the peasant leader.

Meanwhile Ka Willy Marbella, internal deputy secretary general of the group said, “Cardinal Sin helped in ousting 2 despotic and corrupt regimes but it seems that in his passing he may have ascertained that he was instrumental in putting the worst regime in power. This indeed can cause a lot of disappointment and sorrow to a man,”

“We are now challenging the faithful and the successors of Cardinal Sin, to stand up for the truth and not let the forces of the administration to hide it from the people, because if so then they are betraying the legacy of Sin,” ended Marbella. # # #
