1. The director is a liar. He agrees to anything in the contract but has no intention of following it.
2. The hours are not what he claims in the contract.
3. He farms out to other areas very far away in addition to full time hours.
4. He's a pervert. He entered both native teacher's apt's without knowledge or consent. He used one bathroom to sexually relieve himself and used linens to clean up the mess, leaving sticky stuff on the tissue holder. His excuse was he entered for domestic reasons. If they were for domestic reasons, he shouldn't have been so secretive.
5. Did I say he's a liar?
6. He is verbally abusive.
7. He overcharges tax.
8. He sexually harrassed an employee which forced her to quit while he told everyone he fired her.
9. He gets the apt security guards to spy and to tell him teacher comings and goings.
10. He interferes with private lives by telling teachers what they can and cannot do in their free time.
11. He nearly forced a teacher to go out in the recent typhoon when they were to be coming home. He did not care about the safety of his teacher. Had the teacher not refused to go, she would have been caught in the storm on her way home from being farmed out.
12. He tries to pit teachers against each other by lying.
13. He tries to keep foreign teachers apart so they can't correspond with each other.
This guy looks very innocent, but his true colors eventually emerge. The only thing that can be said for him is he does pay, however, he will do anything he can to deduct from what he owes.
One teacher was apparently fired, the other did a midnight run soon after and threatened both teachers with immigration. Avoid this school at all costs.
My advice to anyone moving into institute provided accommodations is to change the lock immediately. I have a feeling this guy is not the only director who enters apartments to snoop around. The fact he jerked off in an apartment is down right sick.
