No matter what you contract says they disregard it.
If they can lie about it they do
the school is unusually dirty. No water, heat or air-conditioning in school.
Living conditions are as low as you can possible get. If you like the invasion of rats and bugs you're ok though. If they can cheat you in any way they can.
they prefer you work illegally, it cost to much for E2 visa's as far as they're concerned.
In total a very bad place to be.
