This school has serious foreign labor board problems.?The school could not?pay their foreign staff.?The foreign staff has not been paid since December?10th, 2000 and cannot find work because the school will not release them?from their contracts.?In the meantime, no money is coming in. There are?only 100 students and the school has had to hire scab workers who have been?warned as to what is going on.
The owner Mr. Park, Jung-hyun 02-2268-8101~4 has an arrest warrant?
outstanding which was issued by the Labor Board.?He currently owes the?foreign staff 50,000,000 won.?That is not including the Korean staff which?is nearly 100,000,000 won.?Mr. Park and his accomplices have stolen the money and stashed it somewhere.
Please warn others who may be easily persuaded to work for such an amoral?

re: IVY, MACVY, IVYEI and other names they operate under... The owner of this school - Park, Jung-hyun - borrowed significant sums of money from employees and their families. W20 million from one, W40 million from another... and there were undoubtedly many others. In additions to borrowings there was investment and the proceeds of several very profitable illegal camps. Most people feel that he has stolen the money. The Korean staff feel obligated to continue work - otherwise they have no hope of recovering money they and their families lent and invested. Of course, they won't get anything anyway... but... The school operation is managed by Miss North Korea... a young woman named Kim, Eun-soo who adopts the English name SALLY (possible a distant relation of the late Kim, Il-seung). She is the epitome of the lie and broken promise. There are presently at least three foreign scab teachers working in this school. (Another was arrested by Immigration.) The legitimate (and unpaid) teachers of the school are merely waiting their time to bust the rest of the scabs. Obviously, a very ugly situation. THIS IS A PLACE TO STAY AWAY FROM.
