Shingetsu Muso Yanagi-ryu Jujutsu

Founded by Iwanaga Masamitsu after studying Takagi-ryu Jujutsu and Kukishin-ryu Bojutsu from Okuni Onihei as well as Yoshin-ryu Jujutsu and Yagyu-ryu Kenjutsu, Shingetsu Muso Yanagi-ryu Jujutsu incorporates jujutsu (unarmed combat), bojutsu (stick and staff) and kenjutsu (sword) among other arts.

Noah Burton Greenstone-sensei spent the 90s training in Shingetsu Muso Yanagi-ryu under Kano Takehiko-Soke, master of Yanagi-ryu, Shibukawa-ryu, Hoki-ryu Iai and other traditions, and is now one of three foreign Menkyo licensees.
