I  DIE  TODAY  SO  THAT  YOU  MAY  HAVE  LIFE

Dear Paul, Rita and Friends,
Good morning! We have a perfect day as the sun is shining bright, there
is hardly any wind and the temperature is just right. Let us give thanks
to the Lord for His goodness to us.

I was with Jesus in His pain this morning. He spoke to me saying,
"Melvin, my brother, come and join me here as I hang upon the cross. I
am dying in terrible torments for you and for every person in the world.
My pain is unbearable. My feet and my hands have spikes driven through
them and my blood is just pouring from these wounds. I can hardly
breathe in this position. What excruciating pain I feel in my head
especially from the crown of thorns. I am hanging here as a criminal but
the truth is I have done nothing wrong. It is out of love for all of you
that I have consented to die for you on the cross. See and believe that
I am your Saviour, because by my suffering and death, I am washing you
clean from your sins. I am shedding my blood for you. Melvin, I am
reliving my passion and death in you for my sacrifice is eternal and
will continue forever. Will you stop and reflect, my people, about what
I have done for you? Will you acknowledge today that I am your Saviour
who loves you? Will you offer yourself to me for the conversion of the
world? My brothers and sisters, you are precious to me. I call you to
accept me and give me a place in your heart. I want to live in you
forever. I die today so that you may have life. I love you."

Today is Friday and as usual I was with Jesus in His Passion. He spoke
to me from the cross. I stood near Him and I could feel in my very heart
the pain and the suffering He was experiencing for you and me. What
horrible suffering is involved in dying on the cross. He could hardly
breathe stretched out as He was and nailed to the cross. He shared with
me some of that pain. Indeed, Jesus is Our Saviour for He suffered and
died instead of us. It is our sins that have nailed Him to a tree and
caused Him such torments. Jesus is the holiest person that ever lived in
this world for He is the Son of God. He was not afraid to die for us
sinners. He asks us three questions today. Can we be indifferent to His
passion and death on the cross? He went to the limit to show us how much
He loves us. Will we love Him in return? He want us to offer ourselves
completely to Him for the conversion of the world. Let us desire with
all our hearts to do the will of God today.

I went to the hospital in Alberton yesterday to visit some of the sick
there. I prayed and blessed them and asked Jesus to touch them all.

Let us cooperate every day with the graces that flow from Jesus on the
cross.
