Starr's Biography
	Starr is the daughter of Todd and Blair, who are now divorced. Precocious as they come, little Starr is proof that the apple doesn't fall far from the tree. Starr loves her mother and father and wants them to get back together. When Todd asked Starr to spy on Blair and "Uncle" Max for him, she readily agree and was soon filling Todd in on Blair and Max's doings. When Starr caught Skye snooping around Asa's mansion, she gleefully told Blair was Skye what up to. Blair gave birth to Starr's baby brother, John Cramer Manning, well known as Jack!
