Is smoking a sin? I've heard this question over and over thru the years. After a careful and prayerful study of the Scriptures, I can find no verse which condemns, or makes sin, lighing grass on fire and inhaling the smoke, however neurotic it seems to be.
Jesus, in fact, said, "There is nothing from without a man, that entering into him, can defile the man." Party poopers and self-righteous twistians can think what they want, but till they've walked in your shoes, they will not understand.
If you are convicted for smoking marijuana, simply because it is illegal, remember that at one time it was illegal for blacks to drink from the same water fountain as me. Civil disobedience is written into our United States Constitution. I am under no obligation to follow laws in violation of the Constitution.
