I took Auto Harp lessons from Dean Sapp in August 2001. He is a superb teacher and a great musician besides being a gentleman. He owns "Power Music" in Elkton, MD. Dean has his own Band "Dean Sapp and the Harford Express". They have toured Australia and have made several Bluegrass CD's.
I have loved music from childhood. I love to sing and I love to play music. I also play the piano, organ and accordian. I love to play for people who are singing or playing by myself and singing or playing with a good CD. My favorite songs are hymns. I hear the music. I love "The Great Speckled Bird". My song for my Mother is "I Will Meet You in the Morning". I will be There to meet her. I can forget my cares when I sing and play "Wonderful Peace". "Peace! Peace! Wonderful peace, Coming down from the Father above! Sweep over my spirit forever, I pray, in fathomless billows of love....."
