Author's Notes: This is an Alternate Timeline fan fiction where it was Wufei who had died instead of Meiran. This will follow the plotline of the series with some differences to say what they are would be telling!
Chang Meiran, her monitor's were showing that Stormcrow had taken a critical hit. Stormcrow had taken heavy damage and she was desperately to regain control. She had to bring the battle away from the colony, away from the field of flowers that was where her husband Wufei studied, his favourite place.
The lead Leo was about to fire and she was a sitting duck but then she saw Shenlong ram into the Leo was thrown back and then there was an explosion.
Wufei! She thought with alarm as she saw the Shenlong being thrown back, she abandoned her suit and rushed towards the crippled Shenlong. The Cockpit has been damaged!!! Meiran then saw Wufei lying on the ground in a pool of blood. Meiran immediately rushed to him and cradled him in her arms.
"Mei...Meiran?" asked Wufei weakly.
Meiran nodded, tears forming in her eyes.
Wufei reached with his good arm, the other broken.
"Meiran...You're stronger...then...anyone I have....ever...known..." Wufei then coughed.
Meiran touched his cheek "You are just as strong...husband." She then kissed him on the lips, the kiss lingered....
When it ended, Wufei smiled and closed his eyes....
