Sylvia Noventa, granddaughter of Field Marshall Noventa, appeared in only one episode. We first see her talking to an Alliance officer who is trying to convince her to leave he city since it is under attack. She assures him that she will be all right; he is then called to monitor the battle and leaves.
Meanwhile, Trowa and Heero have been searching for her, because Heero wishes that one of the Field Marshall's relatives will take their revenge and kill him. Heero nearly runs over Sylvia, but recognizes her in time and avoids her, rolling the humvee he's driving several times before parallel parking next to a building. Although he crashed into the building when he parked, that was one of the best scenes in the entire show. I wish I could park like that and come out absolutely unscathed like he did, but I digress.
Sylvia took Heero to her grandfather's grave; and, after he placed flowers on the marker, Heero drew a gun and held it out to her. He explained his part in the Field Marshall's demise and offered her the chance to kill him. Sylvia snatched the gun and seriously considered fulfilling his wish. But she refused and called him a coward to want to take the easy way out. Heero and Trowa then left, and Sylvia is never mentioned again.
