Next season is Turkey

         Welcome to 2008

Another year starts for Lambton Bowhunters with a new members on the Executive. Joe Demeester takes over the President role. Brian Savidant will be the Treasurer, Randy Lugsdin as the Secretary and Paul Williams as the Range Master. We would like to welcome our new executive with open arms.

2007 was a challenging year for the Lambton Bowhunters. With the cancellation of our 3D shoots, we concentrated on improving the range. From all reports, it sounds like the 2007 deer hunt was very successful.

Memberships will be the same as previous years and you can contact Brian Savidant or fill out the membership form  from the hot link on the left

Gary Brabaw won the "Big Buck" Trophy for this 16 point non-typical, second place in Ontario. Congratulations Gary!

2008 Memberships

It's time to get your membership. The range is in fine shape and you must be a member to use the range (for insurance reasons). Click on the side bar link and print off a membership form.  2008 memberships will be $25 for single and family.  We will continue having our monthly meetings held the first Wednesday of every month at the Newton Center  in Sarnia.

   Its Shed Hunting Time!

Now is the time to be looking through your hunting area for shed antlers. Look in bedding areas and thick cover. The picture on the right was unusual as both antlers were found beside each other. These were off an 11 point which was pushed up as we walked the row of pines. Hence the term "nice rack".
