Amazing how time flies, it's just over one month to go until the reunion.
   
We need to finalize numbers and secure all bookings for the weekend. Please return the attached form, even if you cannot attend,  to enable us to plan effectively & ensure a successful weekend.

Quarter Deck
Notes
1) On Thursday; we meet at Old Boys for registration and then go to Meander Inn. This is to keep our class together as the crowds at Old Boys might be a bit much. 
2) We have decided to invite our teachers to the formal function at Quarter Deck allowing us the opportunity to have a little fun reminding them of what happened in the good ol days.
3) Ladies Lunch - East London Zoo is a fantastic venue for children with a party area and a playground where adults can relax and enjoy a meal while their children play safely within their sight.
COST OF THE WEEKEND
The bottom line is that we have managed to put together two packages:
 
OPTION 1.
R600 per single   
OPTION 2.
R900 per couple.
  
Covers ENTIRE WEEKEND (including entertainment) and only excludes beverages.  

As fundraising is the secondary goal and also an important factor, we have included a third package:  

OPTION 3.
R2500.00 (single or double)  

Covers the
ENTIRE WEEKEND & THE BALANCE TO BE DONATED TO THE OSA.
  
Please note:  There is absolutely no pressure to take option three however if you are in a position to do so it will be greatly appreciated as it will go a long way to ensuring we can give a reasonable contribution to the OSA. Any amount will also be greatly appreciated. (see reply form)
FUNDRAISING INITIATIVES
1. Our 20 year Golf Day has been arranged on Thursday 13th November at East London Golf Club. You can Sponsor an entire hole for R 1000 and/or enter a 4 ball. Contact Matthew Yazbek on
Matthew@yazbek.co.za or Robert Rusteberg on Robert_rusteberg@yahoo.co.za if you are interested.
2. The OSA is running a Bumper Bonanza for R200 a ticket and R5000 for a book of 25. Please support this and thank you to those guys that have already taken books.
3. The OSA is signing up Old Selbornians on a R100 a month debit order system. As many of us as possible must please support this venture. I will explain what this is for when we have our weekend function.
4. Ultimately we are relying on the support of everybody if we are to meet our target.
