Hiei is another of Yusuke's first enemies. He stole a sword that, when touched, will make a third eye appear in the person's forehead. In the handle of the sword is a liquid that, when consumed, which cure the eye problem. Hiei tried this on Keiko, but was stopped by Yusuke.Hiei is a cold-hearted, short-temperd fire demon with a miserable past. There is a place inside where something moral tugs at him, though he would never admit it, and certainly never show it. When he joins a noble cause, he pretends that he is fighting merly to settle a personal score. And when he succeeds in saving the day at great risk to life and limb, he will never hang around long enough to be thanked for it.When Hiei was born, he didn't have his third eye. On his mission to find his sister, he met up with an old man that told him he could give Hiei more power. The old man performed a painful and surgical procedure to put the third eye, or Jagan, into Hiei's forehead. The eye gives hime supernatural abilities. |
